Move, explore, play, and connect!
Rhythm & Play is a playful, developmentally supportive class designed for little ones and their grown-ups. Each class blends music, movement, sensory exploration, and hands-on play to create an engaging experience where children can move their bodies, explore at their own pace, and connect through play.
Classes follow a familiar rhythm while introducing new seasonal themes and activities, including songs, simple instruments, movement games, sensory experiences, bubbles, and opportunities for open-ended exploration.
Perfect for ages birth-10 and their grown ups. No experience needed. Just come ready to move, play and have fun together!
FARM & NATURE ENRICHMENT
Learn, explore, and grow!
A hands-on enrichment program where children explore nature, farm life, science, creativity, and movement through meaningful, play-based learning.

Little Tides sensory pop ups bring thoughtfully designed, OT created play experiences into the community, giving little ones opportunities to touch, scoop, pour, dig, move and discover through play.
