MORE THAN PLAY
Little Tides was created from the belief that the simplest moments of play can be some of the most meaningful.
THE STORY BEHIND LITTLE TIDES
I’m an occupational therapist, mom of two, and the founder of Little Tides.
After more than a decade as an occupational therapist, becoming a mom gave me an entirely new appreciation for the everyday moments where development really happens. Climbing onto the couch. Pouring water from one cup to another. Dancing in the kitchen. Getting messy. Singing the same song for the hundredth time.
I created Little Tides to bring that perspective to families in a way that feels simple, playful, and realistic.
You don’t need elaborate activities, expensive toys, or a perfectly planned day to support your child’s development. Often, the things children need most are already right in front of us: movement, exploration, connection, repetition, and room to play.
Little Tides is my way of helping families find more of those moments in everyday life.

WHAT MATTERS HERE
The heart behind everything we create
PLAY WITH PURPOSE
Simple, child-led experiences that encourage movement, sensory exploration, creativity, communication and growing independence.

CONNECTION FIRST
Play doesn't have to teach a specific skill to be valuable. Connection, laughter, curiosity, and time together matter too.

MADE FOR REAL LIFE
No elaborate setups or picture-perfect play required. Little Tides is designed for real families, real little kids, and everday life.
INSPIRED BY OT. MADE FOR CHILDHOOD
Occupational therapy looks at the everyday activities that help people participate, grow, and thrive.
For little ones, one of their most important occupations is play.
My OT background influences the way I think about movement, sensory experiences, fine motor skills, regulation, independence, and connection. But Little Tides isn’t about turning playtime into therapy.
It’s about using that knowledge to create experiences that still feel exactly like what childhood should feel like: fun, curious, messy, imaginative, and full of connection.
